To provide strategic financial leadership and administrative oversight by managing the company's financial operations, human resources administration, compliance, and internal support services while ensuring efficient resource utilization, sound financial management, and achievement of organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification with active NBAA registration.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance management or similar leadership role, preferably within the trading industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, taxation, statutory compliance, and internal financial controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or other ERP/accounting systems, with strong analytical, organizational, and financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
